OUR COACHES

Larita Academy coaches are some of Australia’s most inspiring leaders: CEOs, entrepreneurs, artists, business owners, chefs, professional athletes, and more. This is money-can’t-buy access to people who are shaping industries and communities, all volunteering their time to show up, connect, and share their journeys with the next generation.
‍

Every coach is trained in our Larita EmPath™ model, equipping them to work with care, respect, and a strong understanding of the challenges facing at-risk youth. It’s this intentional preparation that helps create a safe, inspiring space where young people can grow in confidence and agency. ensuring they’re prepared to work meaningfully with young people and bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to every interaction.

These leaders don’t just speak, they champion, empower, and support participants as they build confidence and explore what’s possible.
