Larita Academy is a high-energy, hands-on experience for young people aged 15 to 24 who are ready to build confidence, skills, and real-world connections.
Designed for those navigating risk or challenge, the program focuses on teamwork, self-agency, entrepreneurship, branding and financial literacy.
Fully funded through LK Group scholarships, Larita is more than a program, it's a launchpad for young people to take charge of their story and shape what comes next.
Young people nominated by trusted youth partners. No grades or resumes—just potential and heart.
Led by Australia’s top entrepreneurs, CEO's, creatives and leaders who share real insights and lived experience.
Tailored program designed to shift mindset, build momentum and form community.
A whole community of coaches, youth workers, alumni, and crew are in their corner throughout the program.
Walking alongside young people as they lead with agency and purpose.
We’re committed to creating real, measurable change for young people and we back that commitment with data. At Larita Academy, building a strong evidence base is central to how we grow and evolve.
We track outcomes for our graduates, youth partners, and corporate stakeholders to ensure the program is delivering value for every audience involved.
From pre- and post-program surveys to ongoing alumni engagement, we actively listen, reflect, and refine. Our model is designed to evolve, shaped by feedback, collaboration and grounded in our commitment to continuous improvement.
Larita Academy brings young people together with some of Australia’s leading CEOs and entrepreneurs
to explore what’s possible and how to get there.
Through hands-on workshops, elective streams, and real-world stories, participants build practical skills
in leadership, entrepreneurship, branding, and teamwork.
Business and employment skills are at the heart of the experience, whether it's job readiness,
financial literacy, personal branding, or learning how to bring an idea to life.
Alongside this, immersive sessions with chefs, artists, and creatives are designed to tap into imagination and self-expression.
Reminding young people that creativity and confidence go hand in hand.
From finding your tribe to building self-agency, each day is designed to spark action and connection.
The program delivers tools young people can use straight away, and networks that last long after graduation.
