You do not need perfect grades or a clear plan for your future. You just need an openness to learn and give something new a try.

Who Can Apply

Larita Academy is open to young people aged 15 to 24 who are ready to take a step forward.
If you’ve got a positive attitude, a desire to grow, and a willingness to back yourself, we want to hear from you.

To be eligible, you’ll need to be currently connected to, or previously supported by, one of our Youth Organisation Partners.
If you're ready to show up, give it a go, and take on new opportunities, we’re here to support you.

Age Requirement

Applicants should be between 15 and 24 years old.

Affiliation

Candidates must be currently or previously engaged with one of our Youth Organisation Partners.

Attitude

We seek individuals with a positive attitude, a desire to level up, and a commitment to setting themselves up for success.

What we look for

We focus on potential. Not past achievements.

· Kind and respectful to others

· Supported by a youth partner

· Interested in trying something new

It is okay to feel nervous or unsure. Many young people feel like that before they apply.
