Megan joined First Ever in 2021, stepping into an e-commerce role during the height of the pandemic after previously working in a similar position with e.l.f. Cosmetics Australia.
With a strong sporting background in both basketball and netball, Megan brings a team-first mindset and a competitive drive to everything she does. That experience has seen her throw herself head-first into the team, supporting day-to-day eCommerce trading, product launches, and the behind-the-scenes execution that keeps First Ever’s online stores running smoothly.
Megan graduated in 2015 from the University at Albany (SUNY) in New York on a full athletic scholarship, playing Division I basketball. She has represented New Zealand Basketball internationally across multiple age groups, including senior women’s basketball, and has played professional club basketball in Australia. Her career has also included unique opportunities to work with the Washington Wizards NBA team and basketball legend Kobe Bryant. Alongside basketball, Megan has played professional netball in both New Zealand and the UK.
Combining elite team-sport experience with a passion for all things digital, Megan is driven to continually improve customer and user experiences, striving for every customer interaction with First Ever to be a positive one.
