Larita Launch is our employment pathway program, created to help Larita Academy graduates move from the Academy into meaningful employment with greater confidence, preparation and support.

We work with our graduates before, during and after they enter the workforce because getting a job matters, but feeling supported to succeed once you are there matters too.

Careers Day

Each year we host a Careers Day exclusively for Larita graduates, bringing them together with employers, industry leaders and past participants to explore pathways into work, build connections and get a firsthand look at what different workplaces are really like.

Employer support

Larita Launch works alongside employers to help create the best possible start for both the graduate and the workplace.

We support employers to prepare for onboarding our graduates, helping them understand how to provide a welcoming, clear and supportive transition into work. This can include guidance around:

  • Communication
  • Expectations
  • Workplace connection
  • Individual support

By working with both the graduate and the employer, we aim to build understanding and confidence on both sides, creating the conditions for a positive beginning and, ultimately, sustainable employment.
