Alex Cogan-Briata has spent over 15 years working across partnerships, marketing and brand development in media, retail, sport and entertainment.
She’s always been drawn to good stories and the people behind them and believes that truly knowing your audience matters.
Her first job was popping popcorn at the local cinema. Since then, she’s held a variety of roles with well-known organisations including L’Oréal, The Walt Disney Company, and now the adrenaline-fueled NBL Group.
Alongside her professional career, Alex is deeply committed to mentoring and giving back. Grateful for the mentors who supported her along the way, she now volunteers as a career mentor with Headspace Youth Foundation and is joining the Larita Academy support team for the first time in 2026.
Alex approaches life with curiosity and a sense of adventure, a mindset she shares wholeheartedly with her husband and two children.
