Our mission for the Alumni is to create a vibrant and connected community of Larita Academy graduates supporting each other as they journey towards personal and professional growth. Together, they pursue fulfilling lives and make meaningful contributions within their communities.
The Larita Academy alumni program is filled with energy and purpose.
- We’ve run exclusive workshops led by Larita coaches.
- We've hosted annual events to reconnect with the Larita family.
- We’ve launched our quarterly newsletter, Turning Point, that celebrates our alumni and shares updates, wins and opportunities.
- We’ve formed an advisory group of graduates to help guide what comes next.

When I first walked through the Larita Academy doors in 2021, I could not have imagined just how deeply it would impact my life. Since then, like many others, I have carried the spirit of Larita with me. Now, I have the privilege of helping others do the same.
The idea for the Larita Academy Alumni Program came after the 2024 Academy. The feedback from graduates was clear. They wanted the journey to continue. They wanted to stay connected, keep growing, and contribute in meaningful ways.
I came to Anita with a pitch for what an alumni program could look like and how it could serve our community.
A few weeks later, I was brought on as project coordinator to help bring it to life.
Over 100 graduates from classes of 21’, 24’ and 25’ now have the opportunity to connect with fellow alumni through the program.
Our May 2025 reunion brought it all together. It was filled with meaningful conversations, familiar faces and new friendships. 91% of attendees told us they found it valuable. That speaks volumes.
This is more than a program. It is a living, growing community. One that stands for connection, support and long-term impact. Not just for ourselves, but for those who come next.
At its heart is a belief we all share. That growth does not stop at graduation. That community only gets stronger over time. That when we back each other, we all rise.
