“Control the controllable.” That’s Boris’ go-to mantra when things feel uncertain. When doubt creeps in and the pressure is on, he doesn’t spiral - he focuses on what’s within his reach. “Argue both sides vigorously before making a move,” he says. In other words, don’t shy away from tough decisions. Break them down, weigh them up, and then back yourself.
“Take more risks.” Boris wants you to hear this loud and clear.
