World Wellbeing Week with Dr Paul Taylor

World Wellbeing Week reminds us that wellbeing isn't a destination. It's a practice, built through habits, relationships, belief and growth.

Our goal is to support everyone who walks through our doors, young people, coaches, partners, and supporters, to show up as the best version of themselves. It's not about having it all figured out. It's about learning to build the habits & self-awareness, to make it possible.

Wellbeing was front and centre at this year's Academy, as a focus for each day. Through workbook activities, group discussions, and a wellbeing panel that included Dr Paul Taylor, psychophysiologist and leading expert in hardiness, graduates explored the habits that sustain performance and fulfilment: sleep, movement, breath, nutrition, connection, gratitude, and recovery.

That same thinking sits at the heart of Larita EmPath™, our training that builds emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and resilience in the people and organisations we work with.

Dr Paul put it simply:

"Wellbeing isn't a perk or a program. It's the foundation of both performance and success in life. World Wellbeing Week is a chance to course correct. Not with a tick-box initiative, but with honest action, because the science is clear: when people are stress-fit in mind, body and brain, everything gets better. Work. Relationships. Life."
