We’re delighted to welcome Women and Mentoring - WAM Ltd as a new partner for Larita Academy 2026.

Women and Mentoring (WAM) supports women in contact with the justice system through one-on-one mentoring that builds confidence and opens new pathways. Their work closely aligns with Larita’s mission to equip at-risk young people with the tools, networks and belief to shape their futures. Through this partnership, WAM participants will access Larita’s entrepreneurial learning, personal development and employment pathways, creating more opportunities for young women to step into professional spaces with confidence.
