Larita Academy is powered entirely by passionate volunteers. 100% of the Larita ecosystem, including coaches, support crew, speakers, panel guests and our youth partners, generously give their time, experience and energy to support young people across the four-day Academy.

As we recognise National Volunteer Week, we want to acknowledge this incredible group of humans whose contribution often happens in the quieter moments behind the scenes. “My team picked up that she would watch the crowd and was very proactive if someone was looking like they were feeling uncomfortable or left out. She would encourage them to put their hand up higher. They all really love Jules, she's a real standout character.”
