When we are planning and collaborating for Larita Academy, we never think of it as a multi-day experience. We design it knowing that real change and growth happens over time. Our hope is that the impact continues to show up long after graduation.

Our recent post Academy surveys tell us that this is happening.

Six months after the 2025 Academy:

• 91% feel more confident about employment and career opportunities

• Many are using what they learned to make positive decisions and build supportive networks

Eighteen months after the 2024 Academy:

• 71% feel they are closer to their personal and professional goals

• We are hearing stories of new jobs, further study and even small businesses taking shape

And 95% of alumni tell us they would recommend Larita Academy to other young people.

The most commonly shared shifts include growing career confidence and motivation, personal transformation and a clearer sense of goals and planning for the future.
