As Co-Founder of Larita Academy, Larry Kestelman has brought the same entrepreneurial discipline and long-term vision that has shaped his business career into a social enterprise built for young people facing barriers.

Co-founded with Anita Pahor, Larita Academy is an intensive training program for at-risk young people in Victoria, designed to fuel entrepreneurial drive, promote pathways to employment, and help form positive connections.

Established with a strong CSR foundation within the LK Group and a focus on measurable outcomes, the Academy has now seen 115young people graduate, each supported to build confidence, capability and direction.
