A moment worth sharing, award time!
Larita Academy has received a Silver Stevie® Award for Innovative Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility at the 13th Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
Corporate social responsibility plays an important role in how businesses contribute beyond the commercial metrics. When it is done thoughtfully and with intention, it can create outcomes that last. Innovation matters in this space because complex social challenges require structure, collaboration and long-term commitment.
As the foundational CSR program of LK Group, Larita is embedded across 16 businesses within the Group. This recognition reflects a coordinated, organisation-wide commitment to immersive training, structured coaching, employment pathways and strong partnerships with youth organisations and volunteers.
The judges specifically commended the integration of trauma-informed practice, employee volunteering and robust governance into a sustainable social impact framework. Judges also loved our impact data such as:
• 115 graduates from 18 cultural backgrounds
• 91% graduates reported increased confidence and direction
• 93% graduates would recommend the program
• 87% graduates reported stronger understanding of education and training pathways.
Our partners have said:
“On behalf of the Youth Insearch Team, I offer our heartfelt congratulations. This is a well-deserved award for an impact focused CSR program that is delivering real results for young people and the community. Larita Academy is everything a CSR program should be, and more! Thank you for constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible!” - Susan Sciffer, acting CEO Youth Insearch
"In the short time I’ve been working alongside Larita (and since joining the AWG), I have been absolutely blown away by the opportunities the Academy creates and the genuine impact you have on young people and their broader community. The "Innovation" tag on this award is spot on—the model you’ve built is quite special." - Robert Stevens, Yarra City Council
We would have loved to be in Macau for the ceremony, but on 17 April we will be exactly where we want to be: celebrating our newest Larita cohort alongside our youth partners and coaches.
Let’s go, Class of 2026!
