We’re excited to welcome our 2026 coaches to Larita Academy.

This year, we’ve listened closely to feedback from young people and partners, and introduced a new Careers Pathways session focused on practical next steps, real options, and how to navigate what comes after Larita.

A warm welcome to some of the incredible people stepping into the room:

Steph Hodgins-May, Greens Senator for Victoria, offering a perspective on leadership, advocacy and creating change.

Stephen Lewin, CEO of Youth Insearch, bringing deep experience working alongside young people and understanding the realities they’re navigating.

Christina Smith, Group General Manager People & Culture at Brand Collective, sharing practical insight into workplaces, teams and pathways into employment.

Veronica Sullivan, Festival Director and CEO of Melbourne Writers Festival, bringing a strong focus on storytelling, voice and expression.

Together, this group brings a mix of perspectives, experiences and pathways, helping young people see what’s possible and start mapping their own direction.

Looking forward to bringing this to life with the Class of 2026.
