Inside Larita Academy’s 2025 Information Session

When the corporate world and youth advocates come together, something powerful happens. The recent Larita Academy Information Session in Cremorne, Victoria, showed how collaboration and purpose can create real impact. Guests filled the room with a shared vision to tackle youth unemployment and improve mental health outcomes for young Australians.
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with energy. Team members from youth organisations, LK Group employers, and community groups and leaders gathered to hear about Larita Academy’s mission, achievements, and plans for 2026. Hosted by Founder and Managing Director Anita Pahor, the session highlighted the Academy’s impact through data, stories, and genuine connection.
But it was the graduates who truly stole the show. Three inspiring young people, Anjaly, Mahat, and Samatar, shared how Larita Academy helped them find confidence, direction, and opportunity. Their reflections were heartfelt and powerful, reminding everyone why this work matters.
As the session wrapped up, Anita reflected on the importance of shared purpose: “When people come together with heart and determination, real change happens. That’s what Larita is all about, creating the kind of community where every young person can thrive.”
Looking ahead, Larita Academy’s focus is firmly on its 2026 program, expanding its reach, deepening alumni engagement, and strengthening partnerships with employers and youth organisations. Its blend of entrepreneurial thinking, emotional intelligence training through Larita EmPath™, and real-world career pathways continues to set it apart as a model of modern youth development.
The takeaway from the day was clear: when vision meets action, young people win. With so many passionate partners and alumni in the mix, Larita’s future looks brighter than ever.
Together, this community is proving that positive change isn’t just possible, it’s already happening.
