Dalal Mansour

Founder and Make Up Artist

Dalal is a self-made creative entrepreneur who built her business through grit, skill and belief in herself. She brings powerful insight into confidence, creativity and backing your talent. After a standout session last year, Dalal was awarded Larita Academy Elective Coach of the Year 2025, and we’re thrilled to have her back.

David Thomas

CEO, Brand Collective

David leads one of Australia’s largest retail groups and is a strong advocate for employment pathways for young people. Brand Collective is a lead employer of Larita graduates, and David is also on our Advisory Working Group, helping shape opportunities beyond the Academy.

David Stevenson

CEO, NBL

As CEO of the NBL, David has led a period of strong growth through culture, leadership and connection. A longtime supporter of Larita Academy, he is also on our Advisory Working Group, sharing insights on teamwork and performance under pressure.
