At Larita Academy, feedback plays an important role in how the program continues to grow and evolve.

We hear directly from graduates, coaches, partners and the wider Larita community. Those stories help us understand what is connecting, where there is room to strengthen, and how we continue building an experience that is inspiring, educational and outcomes focused for future academies.

Every cohort brings new insight. We use that feedback and data to guide continual improvement across the program, informed by the voices and experiences of the people who have just experienced it.
