Big heart, big four days, big LA 2026.

Wonderful young people from 11 youth partner organisations walked into Hoop City on Day 1, not knowing each other or what to expect, and then bit by bit something shifted, conversations deepened, confidence grew, and people found their tribe.

The Class of 2026 got involved early, giving things a go, asking honest questions and supporting each other.

Some early data is in and 100% of young people said the experience had a positive impact on their lives. There’s more to share, but the stories and moments in this video already say a lot.

Year on year, Larita Academy continues to grow, more young people, more partners, more opportunities, and a stronger community coming together with a shared goal to shift the trajectory for young people by them, for them.

Larita Academy creates the space, but what happens within it is driven by the young people themselves.
