Great to welcome Brooke Norton, Managing Director of Designworks, back as a returning coach for Larita Academy 2026.

With deep experience across retail, brand strategy and transformation, Brooke brings a sharp commercial lens and a genuine belief in people. Her leadership is grounded in the idea that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not and that with the right tools, networks and confidence, young people can shape futures that are not defined by where they started.

Brooke’s energy, clarity and commitment to unlocking potential make her a valued part of the Larita coach community, and we are grateful to have her back on site in 2026.

We asked Brooke a few questions about why she chooses to coach at Larita:

What motivates you to give your time and expertise to Larita Academy?

It’s hard to say no to a place that’s all about unlocking potential! Larita is full of energy, ambition, and young people who remind you about what’s possible.

What do you hope a young person takes away from their time at the Academy?

That they’re capable of so much more than they realise - and that their future doesn’t have to be limited by where they started.

Why do programs like Larita matter for creating real opportunities for young people?

Because talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t. Larita helps level the playing field and gives young people the tools, networks, and confidence to step forward.

What keeps you coming back to Larita Academy?

The energy and growth I see in the young people is incredibly rewarding. Being part of an environment that invests so deeply in their success keeps me inspired to return.

Something else you’d like to share about your role with Larita?

Coaching at Larita is a bit like being reminded of the best part of leadership - helping someone else realise they can do big things.
