Youth unemployment in Australia is 10.8%, more than double the national rate of 4.6% (ABS, August 2026).

Larita Launch Employment Program is our response: Larita Academy graduates meet employers ready to hire, with youth organisations supporting every step along the way.

We recently held our Larita Launch Employment Program - Careers Day, and since then we’ve been following where those conversations have led.

The first role offer is already in, and more graduates are moving through the final stages.

Careers Day is a starting point, not the finish line. We’ll keep tracking outcomes over the next 12 months, because what matters most is how these graduates grow and build their careers for long term economic independence.
