Passionate about creating innovative and effective solutions to youth homelessness, I have dedicated 20 years to the sector in the UK and Australia. My focus is on building homes, developing skills, fostering community, and strengthening connections.
In 2021, my team and I created Bridge It, a charity committed to supporting young women impacted by homelessness or the out-of-home-care system. Our flagship program, The Cocoon, provides stable housing, mentoring, and support to enable residents achieve their goals and transition into independent living.
I also founded Challenge The Label, a speaker agency that amplifies the voices of diverse women. A portion of the agency's profits is donated to Bridge It, reflecting my commitment to creating positive social impact through business.
