Founder and Managing Director

Anita [the ITA in LARITA] is the Founder and Managing Director of the Larita Academy. Through her wealth of philanthropic and community sector experience, Anita understands the challenges of not for profit work and brings an outcomes-focused perspective to our work in this area.

​

She created the Larita Academy concept before COVID-19 and delivered the successful pilot just before a prolonged lock down period in Victoria in 2021. 

​

Anita is a passionate advocate for humanitarian projects and believes that everyone has something of value to bring in making our country and our world a fairer, kinder and better place. 

​

Anita led the Australian arm of one of the world's largest and most successful philanthropic giving circles that focuses on supporting women and children through humanitarian projects. As Chair of the Society of Women Leaders, she mobilised the powerful collective giving of the Australian members.

With her experience in large organisation structures, Anita also manages LK Group's overall engagement with charitable organisations in her role as Philanthropy & Corporate Social Responsibility Director and is also a member of the National Basketball League's Reconciliation Action Plan working group.
