Welcoming New Faces to the Larita Academy Family

Yesterday we welcomed some new faces into the Larita world at our annual information session.
And, as always, the real highlight was hearing from our brilliant graduates, Warda and Mahat.
They shared their journeys, what Larita has meant to them and where they are heading next. Hearing directly from our young people is always the best way to understand the impact of the program.
Add in a little breathwork with Josh Pieterman, storytelling, plenty of rich conversation and a whole lot of humanity, and you get a pretty good taste of the Larita experience.
It was also lovely to have some of our youth partners in the room, sharing their perspective and continuing to support the young people we work alongside.
We spent the afternoon talking about the different ways people can be part of the Larita community, whether through volunteering, coaching, sponsorship, in-kind support or simply helping us open up more opportunities for young people.
A special thank you to Hon. Luba Grigorovitch MP, Minister for Youth, for attending and her shared commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
A big thank you to our graduates, youth partners and everyone who joined us.
