Larita Academy and re:cognition Partner to Put Nationally Recognised Credentials in the Hands of Graduates

When a young person graduates from Larita Academy, they can leave with something that cannot be taken away: a clearer sense of who they are, what they are capable of, and where they are headed. Now, that growth carries a formal credential.
From the beginning, Larita Academy's strategic vision has been to offer formally recognised credentials to the young people who complete the program. Through our new partnership with re:cognition, that vision is now a reality.
Seven graduates from the Class of 2026 have already received a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for two units from the 11250NAT Certificate IV in Wellbeing Science, covering self-efficacy and creating positive connections. These are not abstract topics. They are skills our graduates have lived, practised, and demonstrated across the program.
For some, this is the first formal qualification to carry their name. It sits permanently on their national training record, can be added to a resume and LinkedIn profile, and may count as credit towards the full Certificate IV in Wellbeing Science.
Understanding yourself is one of the most powerful foundations a young person can build as they step into further education, work, and life. This partnership ensures that foundation is not just felt, it is formally seen, recorded, and recognised.
We are delighted to partner with Yulia Zlatkin, Founder and CEO of re:cognition, and to welcome her as the newest member of Larita Academy's Advisory Working Group. re:cognition (formerly the Langley Group Institute) is a Registered Training Organisation specialising in wellbeing science, with two nationally accredited qualifications developed by their team.
Welcome, Yulia. We look forward to continuing to build this pathway together.
Class of 2026, it is not too late to apply!
The learning is already done.
This final step is about completing the relevant pages of your workbook, submitting them as evidence and having your learning formally recognised through a Statement of Attainment micro-credential.
To be assessed:
1. Complete pages 26, 28–29, 48–53 and 70–73 of your workbook. If you did not complete the activity on page 53 using the QR code, please complete this as well.
2. Take clear photos of the completed pages or scan them into one file.
3. Follow the enrolment link.
4. Complete the short registration form and upload your workbook photos or file where prompted under Upload Document.
There is no cost to graduates, with re:cognition covering the full fee.
Once your workbook has been reviewed against the unit requirements and everything is complete, your nationally recognised Statement of Attainment will be issued within a few weeks.
If you hit a snag at any stage, email Yulia yulia@recognition.edu.au and she will support you.
