Over 80% of grads who attended Larita Launch Employment Program - Careers Day yesterday have applied for employment.

Yesterday, Larita Academy graduates came together with employers from across LK Group and our partner network to explore roles, sharpen their interview skills and learn what makes a strong candidate.

The room was filled with energy and hope, and the initial results speak for themselves:

Grads feeling very confident about applying for a job grew from 31% before the day to 81% after attending Careers Day – a 63% increase in confidence!

100% of respondents said Careers Day was a valuable and informative experience
