Jen has over 10 years of experience in the NFP sector working across various roles including stakeholder management, marketing, comms, events, project management and network building. Having previously worked at both OzChild, Foster Care Association of Victoria and the Foyer Foundation, she is passionate about working alongside young people experiencing disadvantage and being involved in driving systemic change.

Jen has been a foster carer and an advisor for the Department Health and Human Services carer advisory group and brings experience and knowledge working to support young people of all ages. She likes to drive change with creativity, persistence and ideally a smile, and strongly believes collaboration achieves the best outcomes.
