“Control the controllable.” That’s Boris’ go-to mantra when things feel uncertain. When doubt creeps in and the pressure is on, he doesn’t spiral - he focuses on what’s within his reach. “Argue both sides vigorously before making a move,” he says. In other words, don’t shy away from tough decisions. Break them down, weigh them up, and then back yourself.

“Take more risks.” Boris wants you to hear this loud and clear. Whether it’s in business, travel, or chasing something new - don’t let over-planning hold you back. “Enjoy the learning and discovery rather than stressing over pre-planned outcomes,” he says. The magic happens when you stop waiting for the perfect moment and start making moves.

The best days start with purpose. Boris wakes up at 5:30 AM and hits the gym by 6 AM, four days a week. Not because he has to, but because it fuels him. “It’s a great feeling to be pumped for the day with the right energy and mindset,” he shares. Imagine if you approached every morning like that - starting strong, setting your tone, and owning the day before it owns you.

But the moment that truly reshaped Boris? His Turning-Point moment? Becoming a dad. “A new human to look after gives an additional purpose to life and decisions made,” he reflects.
