Laura Bartalotta grew up in Melbourne and began working at her local bakery at 16, starting as a retail staff member. What began as a casual job soon became a long-term commitment.

​

After completing her degree in the business field and spending five years in the corporate world, she found herself juggling full-time work while helping launch Daniel’s Donuts. Eventually, she made the decision to dedicate herself entirely to the business, focusing on the success of the first store in Springvale.

From there, Laura took on the responsibility of opening every new Daniel’s Donuts location, playing a key role in the brand’s expansion. She became deeply involved in all aspects of the business, ensuring each store operated successfully. Her role continued to grow as Daniel’s Donuts partnered with the LK Group, expanding to over 30 stores across Victoria.

Now, with the brand expanding interstate, Laura is excited to be leading the launch of Daniel’s Donuts’ first Sydney store, bringing the beloved brand to a whole new market.
