​Karen is a seasoned business strategist known for her leadership and commitment to social impact. With an international track record in business leadership and transformation, she had made her mark in both the corporate world and the non-profit sector and is deeply committed to driving business growth and empowering teams and building strong client focused cultures. 

​

At the helm of Talent RISE, Karen's strategic vision and leadership were instrumental in securing meaningful employment for over 200 young people facing barriers to work, while also expanding training programs to empower thousands more. Her ability to develop partnerships and secure funding were key to the growth and success of the RISE program, significantly enhancing its positive impact on youth employment across Australia and New Zealand.

Karen's corporate experience includes a string of influential roles at Unilever, where she led business units, brands and strategic marketing efforts, successfully launching new products and reinvigorating legacy brands across various international markets. 

​

In addition to Talent RISE, Karen's non-profit experience is evidenced through her time as Deputy Director at the NSPCC in the UK, where she drove fundraising and enhanced the charity's branding.

​

Karen has also lent her strategic expertise to the boards of HeartKids NSW and HeartKids Australia.
